About me

Hi, I’m Paul, and I support people who want to move forward in their lives with greater clarity, confidence and wellbeing. I’m a trainee counsellor studying for my Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, with a background in person-centred therapy and peer support. I also work as a Lead Facilitator for a mental health charity, delivering group-based wellbeing sessions.

I am currently undertaking Breathworks training and, once qualified, will offer trauma-sensitive Breathworks for individuals and groups. My focus is on integrating my developing therapeutic skills with compassion and practical tools to help people build resilience and create lasting, positive change.
